October 2019 Workout Calendar
Each month I’ll post a calendar of suggested classes for you to do. Follow along with the calendar every day, or substitute with a favorite class or another fitness activity. As always, do what works for you.
Short on time? Do one of the “Daily 10” 10-minute workouts instead.
Click on the calendar to download and print. Post it on the refrigerator or somewhere visible as a reminder. With a marker, “X” off each day that you exercise.
