This unique program combines low-impact, cardio walking style aerobics with strength work using a resistance band (tube with handles), to sculpt your full body and build strength. The energizing cardio walk exercises power up your metabolism and will have you feeling great all day. You'll also enjoy the wonderful stretching segment at the end. All exercises are performed standing; no floor work.
