Now there’s no need to let foot or mobility issues stop you from getting in a great cardio walking style workout. This is a seated version of 1-mile cardio walking, and features a fun Motown and funk playlist. A relaxing stretch is included at the end. This program can be done standing if desired!
Pom Pom Cardio Dance
It’s exercise disguised as FUN! No dance ability is required. This is an all-standing, low-impact, all-cardio program. Includes stretching at the end. If you don’t have Pom Poms, you can do it without.
Chair Cardio Strong

This is an all-seated circuit workout that alternates three minutes of cardio with three minutes of strength work. And because each segment is just three minutes before you move on to the next, the time flies by. We wrap up with a wonderful stretching segment for flexibility.
